Shweta Varma is the Trading and Investment Administrator and joined LDIC in 2026. She supports the firm’s investment operations, including portfolio administration, trade support, cash management, reconciliations, and investment reporting.

Prior to joining LDIC, Shweta held portfolio administration and investment operations roles with Toronto-based asset management firms, including Heathbridge Capital Management and CI Global Asset Management. She also gained capital markets and derivatives operations experience with JPMorgan Chase, supporting trading desks and investment operations.

Shweta holds a Master of Science in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. She has successfully completed CFA Levels I and II and also holds the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certifications.
