Natalie joined LDIC Inc. in 2018 as Client Relations Manager and brought a wealth of investment industry experience. She has been recognized in her field as a dedicated relationship manager. Her primary role is to build a strong rapport with each client and enhance their experience by managing all administrative requirements, while seamlessly ensuring compliance is being met by working closely with clients, custodians, and portfolio managers to maintain smooth inter-business activities.
Natalie began her career with CIBC as a Customer Service Representative in 2011 and soon thereafter was promoted to Financial Service Representative where she repeatedly ranked as a top performer and as a team member consistently exceeded her sales targets. Natalie focused her experience with high net worth clients at ScotiaMcLeod in 2015, where her primary role was client retention to support accelerated growth and enrich client experiences. In 2016 Natalie assumed the lead role of Private Client Associate at Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital, where she worked with the firm’s largest portfolio management team by leading its administration and compliance.
Natalie holds an Honours degree in Health Sciences from Queen's University, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute. Natalie believes in the importance of continuing education and is currently working toward her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
