Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Portfolio Manager

Beryl has been with LDIC since its inception and brings over 15 years of financial sector experience to her role as Chief Operating Offier, Chief Compliance Officer and Portfolio Manager. 

She develops and implements business solutions with strategic partners to secure and support the growth and infrastructure of the Firm’s activities. As well as, directs and guides the tactical activities of the business including marketing, sales, research and development, finance, client service, operations, technology and human resources. She supports relationships with key accounts, industry, government representatives, customers, strategic alliance partners and vendors as necessary in the overall management of the company and support the strong, committed and engaged management team at LDIC Inc.

Her role also includes leading enterprising compliance efforts, designing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable Regulators; managing audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues; responding to requests for information from regulatory bodies; and ensuring the Firm and its employees are overall complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. 

Prior to beginning her role at LDIC Inc. she was with one of the country's largest financial institutions, where she was responsible for the introduction, expansion and marketing of new products across the country to the marketplace.  Humanitarian at heart, she is a member of the Toronto Humane Society and the Women in Capital Markets; and volunteers with various charitable organizations.
